Hanoi, December 14, 2025 – The Vietnam Executive Housekeepers Association (VEHA) held its 2025 Northern Region Year-End Ceremony at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi, celebrating a year of impactful, cohesive, and sustainable initiatives. The event also marked the official announcement of VEHA’s 2026 Action Plan, setting ambitious goals for the future.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Ms. Nguyễn Thanh Bình – Deputy Head of the Accommodation Management Department, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism; Ms. Đỗ Hồng Xoan – Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Hotel Association; Ms. Cao Ngọc Lan – Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association; Mr. Nguyễn Quang – Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Hotel Association; Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Đạt – Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Tourism Association …along with many partners, sponsors, media representatives, and over 100 VEHA members from Hanoi, Hai Phong, Sapa, Quang Ninh, and executive board representatives from Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, and Ho Chi Minh City.

 

 

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Quang – Vice President of the Vietnam Hotel Association, President of the Vietnam Housekeeping Management Club – emphasized: 2025 marks a significant milestone in the development of Vietnam's tourism and hotel industry, with the number of international visitors reaching a new record high, far surpassing 2024 and the peak year of 2019, and showing a continued strong growth trend in the future. In this overall success, there is the contribution of a silent but extremely important team – the Housekeeping department at hotels and resorts in Vietnam. With faith in the strength of unity, the spirit of connection and sharing, and the professionalism of the Vietnamese Housekeeping Management team, I believe we will continue to maintain our passion for the profession, elevate the quality of human resources and services in Vietnamese Housekeeping with the spirit of "Cleaner & nicer - more multi Tasks - more Efficient," aiming for green, sustainable, and professional development in the future.

 

 

Leadership Remarks & Recognition

 

Speaking at the event, Madam Đỗ Hồng Xoan commended VEHA’s decade-long growth:

"Founded over 10 years ago, The Vietnam Executive Housekeepers Association continues to improve year after year. VEHA has successfully carried out specialized seminars, professional training, skill competitions, international exchange programs, community volunteering, and member engagement activities across all three regions."

 

 

On behalf of the Vietnam Tourism Association, Ms. Cao Ngọc Lan and Ms. Đỗ Hồng Xoan presented "the Award of Excellence" from President of Vietnam Tourism Association to:       VEHA as an organization and three outstanding individuals: Mr. Nguyễn Quang, Mr. Trần Đức, and Mr. Nguyễn Bảo Trường – for their exceptional contributions to VEHA’s activities and to improving housekeeping service quality across Vietnam.

 

 

VEHA also honored 11 outstanding members present at the event, representing 22 national awardees for 2025, with the “Outstanding Member of 2025” Certificate – recognizing their active role in VEHA’s development and in the hospitality industry.

 

 

Strategic Partnership Expansion

 

In 2025, VEHA signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement for 2025–2028 with key partners such as: Karcher, VietSolutions, Informa, Amain, and Tự Nhiên Amenities.

 

 

 

 

The ceremony also witnessed the signing of new strategic partnerships for 2026–2028 with:
Hanvico, TMC Vietnam, and Eco Life Smart Scent, who committed to supporting VEHA’s activities and providing exclusive offers to VEHA members in the coming years.
