In celebration of International Housekeeping Week and World Tourism Day 2026, the Vietnam Executive Housekeepers Association – VEHA is launching its annual “GREEN – CLEAN – BEAUTIFUL” program nationwide, under the message: “For a greener, cleaner and more beautiful Vietnam.”

This meaningful initiative has been maintained and promoted by VEHA since 2017, with the aim of connecting Vietnam’s Housekeeping community to jointly build greener, cleaner, more beautiful, friendly and sustainable working environments, tourism spaces and destinations.
A Meaningful Annual Activity of Vietnam’s Housekeeping Community
The “Green – Clean – Beautiful” program is not simply an environmental cleaning activity; it also demonstrates the responsibility, cohesion and positive role of the Housekeeping community toward hotels, destinations, communities and Vietnam’s tourism industry.
Through activities such as environmental cleaning, landscape care, tree planting, gift-giving and support for disadvantaged people, VEHA aims to promote the positive image of Housekeeping professionals — the dedicated people who quietly contribute to creating clean, beautiful and safe environments, as well as positive guest experiences.
In 2026, the program continues to receive strong attention and active participation from VEHA members across the country, from Sa Pa to Phu Quoc, from major tourism cities to local communities and destinations.
Many Regions Simultaneously Respond to the Program
In Hanoi, VEHA Hanoi carried out environmental cleaning activities in the Hoan Kiem Lake area, helping promote the positive image of the Housekeeping community at one of the capital’s iconic destinations.

In Hai Phong, VEHA Hai Phong organized environmental cleaning activities at Dragon Hill Tourist Area – Do Son, with active participation from members and hotels in the region.

In Lao Cai, VEHA Lao Cai carried out environmental cleaning activities at Ham Rong Mountain Tourist Area – Sa Pa, contributing to preserving the green, clean and beautiful landscape of a renowned tourist destination in Northwest Vietnam.

In Ho Chi Minh City, VEHA Ho Chi Minh City organized environmental cleaning activities in the Doc Con Rong – Mui Nghinh Phong, Vung Tau area, demonstrating responsibility toward the coastal destination and the community environment.

In Lam Dong, VEHA Lam Dong carried out environmental cleaning activities in the Da Lat area, contributing to preserving the image of a green, clean and friendly tourism city.

In Gia Lai, VEHA members in the region also actively responded to the program through environmental cleaning activities, spreading the spirit of Green – Clean – Beautiful in the locality.

VEHA Phu Quoc: Combining Environmental Cleaning, Tree Planting and Support for Disadvantaged Students
In particular, in Phu Quoc, after receiving a request from the Board of Management of Nguyen Van Nhi Primary School, VEHA Phu Quoc carried out activities to clean and clear overgrown areas around the school, plant trees on the school campus, and present 10 gifts/scholarships to disadvantaged students before the new school year.

This activity not only helped create a greener, cleaner and safer learning environment for students, but also demonstrated social responsibility, compassion and the caring spirit of the Housekeeping community toward the younger generation in the locality.

More Regions to Continue Implementation in the Coming Days
In the coming days, the regions of Quang Ninh, Hue, Da Nang and Khanh Hoa will continue to implement activities in response to the “Green – Clean – Beautiful” 2026 program.
Among them, VEHA Da Nang is expected to organize a program to present gifts and scholarships to 180 students at Ma Lai Pun school site, under Huong Phung Primary School, Huong Hoa District, Quang Tri Province — where many disadvantaged students are children of the Bru – Van Kieu ethnic minority.
This is a practical activity that helps spread the humane spirit, community responsibility and sharing heart of VEHA members to areas that still face many difficulties.
Working Together for a Greener, Cleaner and More Beautiful Vietnam
Through the “Green – Clean – Beautiful” program, VEHA continues to affirm its role as an active, responsible and influential professional organization within Vietnam’s Housekeeping community.
Every member, hotel and resort participating in the program is contributing to building better working environments, more beautiful destinations and a more sustainable tourism industry in Vietnam.
